Jamia Hamdard University acts as the controller for the information we collect from you or others as a result of your application for study in various programs. The information includes personal details, educational details, socio-economic background information, IT system usage, visa and passport details, financial support information, and special categories such as ethnicity, health details, and criminal conviction information if applicable.

Your data is retained only as long as needed for academic, legal, and administrative purposes. Retention may vary by program. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn by contacting your department head.
